Refund and Returns Policy


GlamCart, LLC as the owner of offers a refund and returns policy which lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned when those are already used, because of sanitary reasons, such as intimate care and personal care products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    Refunds or replacements

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some days or weeks before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Cases of posible refund or replacement:

    • Defective product: if you receive a product in bad condition, send us a picture and we will evaluate your case first for a replacement and then for a refund. 
    • Order place by mistake: if you place an order by mistake, send us an email in less than 3 hours, so we can cancel your order and we do not make any charge to you. 
    • Wrong product received: if we sent you the wrong product by mistake, please send us an email and a picture of the product received, and we will prepare a new shipping to send you the right product.  
    • Order not received: in some cases your product may be retained by customs. In this case we will give instructions on how to claim your product. If after trying this process is not possible to obtain your product, we will evaluate to make a new shipment or a refund. 
    • Wrong shipping address: if by mistake you gave us a wrong shipping address we can Not offer a refund neither a replacement.
    • Not at home when delivery: if your are not at home when the delivery company try to deliver the product, then probably you will need to contact the fulfillment center to your preferred option of delivery. Usually the package will be store for 4-5 days (time can vary according to each country). Failure to pick up the package or arrange delivery within this time frame will result in the package being destroyed locally. If this occurs we can Not offer a refund neither a replacement.       
    • Delay on delivery: in most cases you will received your product in 10-15 days. In some cases it can take until 2o days depending on your country. If your delivery time has gone above 20 days we will inform you of the status and try to deliver the product. However, if 25 days has passed and you do not see any progress on the delivery, you should send us a email and ask for a refund.   


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will give instructions on how to proceed. 


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should send us an email to give you instructions on where to send the item.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
